Juventus have bounced back in the best possible way after a shock 3-0 defeat to Fiorentina. 

The Old Lady have won their last three matches in convincing fashion to re-enter the race for the Scudetto, but failed to keep a clean sheet.

Ronaldo scored a double as Juve went on to defeat Udinese 4-1, before they went on to defeat AC Milan 3-1 away from home. 

Ronaldo was on song again in Juventus’ most recent win, scoring the third in a 3-1 win over Sassuolo. Danilo opened the scoring in the 50th minute with a long-ranged strike before Aaron Ramsey restored the side’s lead in the 82nd minute.

Paulo Dybala will miss the match, he was forced off in Juventus’ win over Sassulo after spraining his knee. Alvaro Morata came off the bench in Juve’s last win and will be the likely replacement for the Argentine. 

Weston McKennie was another casualty from the match and will most likely not be risked against Genoa. The 22-year-old was taken off in the 42nd minute after suffering a muscular injury. 

Juan Cuadrado, Alex Sandro and Matthijs De Ligt will also miss after testing positive for coronavirus.

Genoa has struggled this season in Serie A - currently trapped inside the relegation zone.  Though their fortunes have perhaps turned over the last few matches with some positive results. 

A promising 1-1 draw with Lazio was followed by a 2-1 loss to Sassuolo, before picking up a much-needed win against Bologna. 

Genoa ran out 2-0 victors with goals either side of half time from midfielder Miha Zajc and striker Mattia Destro sealing an important win.

This was a rare clean sheet for Genoa, who have seen BTTS in 8 of their last 10 matches.  

While Genoa have been shaky at the back they have also been reliable in front of goal, despite several key injuries.

Defender Cristian Zapata is expected to miss three weeks with a calf strain, while veteran Goran Pandev will also sit-out due to injury. 

Italian defender Luca Pellegrini is also no closer to recovery as he nurses a quad injury.
