Michael Duff’ side are undefeated in their last five matches, all draws. Cheltenham drew 1-1 against Stevenage before a 0-0 draw at Colchester United.

Cheltenham hosted fellow League Two club Mansfield in the FA Cup, falling behind in the 3rd minute. They hit back with Alfie May equalising and William Boyle scoring the winner in added time.

Cheltenham returned to League Two with a 1-1 draw at Bolton with May opening the scoring. They drew 1-1 against Newport on Tuesday with May assisting Matty Blair for the equaliser.

Right back Sean Long was on the bench against Newport after recovering from injury.

Manchester City are in sensational form, winning their last 9 matches with five consecutive wins to nil. They have kept 13 clean sheets in their last 16 matches.

Pep Guardiola’s side beat Birmingham 3-0 in the FA Cup and Brighton 1-0 in the Premier League. Man City then crushed Crystal Palace 4-0 with John Stones bragging a brace, Ilkay Gündogan and Raheem Sterling also on target.

Last time out City beat Aston Villa 2-0 at the Etihad Stadium. They left it late with Bernardo Silva and Gündogan scoring in a match where they had 69% possession and 9 shots on target.

Manchester City are missing injured defenders Kyle Walker, Aymeric Laporte with Nathan Ake doubtful.

Midfielder Kevin De Bruyne is injured and Sergio Aguero is unavailable after testing positive for COVID-19.

Expect Guardiola to make a number of changes here with Eric García, Oleksandr Zinchenko, Fernandinho, Riyad Mahrez and Ferran Torres set to start.

Torres was given plenty of opportunities in the UEFA Champions League where he scored four goals in five appearances.
