Gaizka Garitano’s side bounced back with a 2-0 home win against Huesca. It was a tight match until the visitors saw a man sent off in the 85th minute, Kenan Kodro converting the penalty and Unai Núñez wrapping it up in added time.

Athletic Bilbao’s last match was a 1-1 draw at Villarreal. Iñaki Williams opened the scoring but they couldn’t hold on after managing 34% possession.
