Both the NSW Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing and Racing NSW have granted licences to the platform. Because of this, it is a member of the NSW Bookmakers Co-Op and a licenced bookmaker in the state of New South Wales; it also has the necessary guarantee to do business via the firm.

Football is the sport with the most betting markets, with hundreds of options available for most events, allowing enthusiasts to put their knowledge to the test.

Unfortunately, customers of RobWaterhouse do not have any options for Live Betting in terms of markets for racing and sports.

There is a live-streaming feature, though. It’s called RobWaterhouseTV and can be used to watch live racing events, which can make for a thrilling betting experience when there is money on the line.

The live-streaming function can be accessed simply by clicking the “RobWaterhouseTV” button located in the lower left-hand corner of any page.

The app is available for both Android and iOS devices and can be downloaded from your usual app store, whether that’s the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

After you download and install the application, you can sign in using your usual credentials, or you can create an account for the first time on the app itself.

The more options there are for making payments, the more prospective customers there are that are going to be happy. RobWaterhouse, unlike many of its competitors, has clearly put some thought into this.

There is still some room for improvement, of course - PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay could make an appearance, but, overall, we’re happy with the selection.

One thing that is practically guaranteed from an Australian betting site is friendly and informative customer service. Sites with customer service teams who don’t have these qualities never tend to last very long.

What we’re looking for first is the presence of a Live Chat feature since it is the more efficient way to get help when needed. We’re pleased to see that RobWaterhouse does offer a Live Chat feature, however it is only available during general business hours.
