West Brom are aiming to snap out of a mini-slump when they host Sheffield United in a Friday night English Championship fixture.

The Baggies have done well at home lately and will be keen to make it count on Friday. They should show their quality against the visitors, who are a bit erratic on their travels.

West Brom have been below their best lately, picking up just one win in their last five Championship matches. They were beaten 3-2 at Southampton in their previous fixture, falling just short of an impressive comeback after going into the break three goals down.

That run has moved Sheffield United six points clear of the bottom three, and they will be keen to increase the gap even further. However, their away form has not been convincing lately, with four wins and six defeats in their last 10 Championship matches on the road.

Sheffield United have shown some attacking quality lately, scoring in their last five matches, with four of those fixtures producing over 2.5 goals. However, they have failed to keep a clean sheet in eight of their last 10 away matches.
