Real Madrid will be targeting a strong start when they host Marseille in the league phase of the UEFA Champions League.

While Marseille will head into Tuesday's clash on a positive note, their overall form this season has been erratic. Roberto De Zerbi's team have claimed two wins and suffered as many defeats in four matches, with those two losses coming on their travels.

As evidenced by the win over Lorient, Marseille often impress going forward, scoring nine goals across their last three matches. However, they are without a clean sheet in three of their last four matches, while two of the last three fixtures have produced over 2.5 goals.
