Barcelona are aiming to build on their opening weekend victory when they travel to Levante for a Spanish La Liga fixture on Saturday.

Having gotten their title defence off to a fine start, the Catalans will be feeling confident heading into this clash. Given their fine record in this fixture, they should have too much quality for the newly promoted side.

Barcelona do not appear to have lost a step as they eased to a 3-0 victory at Mallorca in their opening fixture. Raphinha picked up where he left off last season by netting the opener, while Ferran Torres and Lamine Yamal were also on target.

The champions are carrying on from an impressive preseason and have won their last six matches across all competitions. That result is also an extension of a fine record on the road for Hansi Flick’s team, who have won their last five La Liga away matches, stretching back to last season.

Striker Robert Lewandowski is back in training after missing the opening game through injury and will be a boost to an already impressive attack. Barcelona have scored in both halves in their last five matches across all competitions, all of which have produced over 2.5 goals.
