Juventus are looking to maintain their recent good form when they host Roma in an Italian Serie A fixture on Saturday.

Juventus have caught the eye lately, having won five of their last six matches across all competitions. They claimed a 1-0 victory at Bologna in their previous Serie A fixture, with Juan Cabal getting the goal. 

That result means Juventus are now up to fifth in the table, seven points off the pace. Luciano Spalletti’s team are unbeaten at home across all competitions this season and have won at least one half in five of their last eight matches at Allianz Stadium. 

Juventus often make fast starts and have scored first in three of their last four matches across all competitions. However, they are without a clean sheet in three of their last four Serie A matches.

Roma travel to Turin off the back of a 1-0 home victory over Como last time out in Serie A. It was a vital return to winning ways for Gian Piero Gasperini's team, who had lost their previous two league matches. 

The capital club remain in title contention as they sit just three points off the pace in the table. However, they have been a bit erratic on their travels, with two wins and as many defeats in their last four Serie A away matches. 

Roma have been a bit shaky at the back lately and are without a clean sheet in five of their last six matches across all competitions. However, they have scored in eight of their last nine away matches.

Juventus have five wins and as many draws, while Roma have picked up just two victories in the last 12 matches. Both teams battled to a 1-1 draw in their last meeting back in April.

Juventus will be keen to show their quality at home, and having won at least one half in five of their last eight matches in front of their fans, a repeat is expected here. The Turin club could also be backed to score first, having grabbed the opening goal in three of their last four matches.
