Juventus host Borussia Dortmund in the league phase of the UEFA Champions League, with both teams looking to get their campaign off to a positive start.

Borussia Dortmund have also made a bright start to the season, and are unbeaten in their last four matches across all competitions. They are coming off a 2-0 victory over Heidenheim in a German Bundesliga fixture last weekend.

While Borussia Dortmund have impressed so far, they have not been perfect like the hosts, having been held to a 3-3 draw at St Pauli in their opening Bundesliga fixture. Niko Kovac's team have won three and drawn two of their last five away matches across all competitions.

Led by Serhou Guirassy, Borussia Dortmund have impressed going forward, scoring in their last 10 matches across all competitions. Seven of their last nine matches have produced over 2.5 goals, while they are without a clean sheet in six of those fixtures.

Juventus have seven wins and one draw, while Borussia Dortmund have picked up three victories from the last 11 matches. The Turin club did the double when both teams met during the knockout stage of the 2014-15 Champions League. The Italians also claimed a 2-1 victory in a preseason friendly back in August.
