Italy are looking to maintain the pressure on Group I leaders Norway when they travel to Estonia for a UEFA World Cup qualifier on Saturday.

The Italians have been imperious lately and also boast a solid record in this fixture. They should have too much quality for the Estonians, who are struggling to get going in the qualifiers.

It has been a disappointing campaign for Estonia so far, having picked up just one win in their five matches in Group I. They have suffered four defeats on this run and are currently second from bottom in the table.

Estonia's last outing in the qualifiers was a 5-0 away defeat to Italy as they struggled to cope with the superior quality of the hosts. Jurgen Henn's team are back home for Saturday's clash but have lost their last two qualifying matches in front of their fans.

One of the issues for Estonia is a lack of cutting edge in attack, having failed to score in three of their last four matches. They will head into this clash off the back of a 0-0 draw with Andorra in a friendly back in September.

Italy are coming off a thrilling 5-4 away victory over Israel in their previous qualifying fixture. It was a back-and-forth encounter that saw several lead changes before Sandro Tonali struck the winner in injury time.

That was the third straight win for Italy, who have looked a different side since suffering a 3-0 away defeat to Norway in their opening fixture. The Italians are six points off the pace in Group I but do have a game in hand.

Italy are showing plenty of attacking quality lately and have scored five goals in each of their last two matches. Gennaro Gattuso's team also won both halves in the 2-0 victory over Moldova.

Italy have a dominant record in this fixture, winning all five previous matches against Estonia. The Italians eased to a 5-0 home victory in the reverse fixture back in September.

Italy were dominant in the first meeting and are expected to earn another comfortable victory on Saturday. Having scored over 2.5 goals in their last two matches, a similar outcome could be expected here.

The Italians have scored five goals in each of their last two matches and could be backed in the handicap market. Having won both halves in the victory over Moldova, a similar pattern could be considered on Saturday.
